Hotel Description

Oasis Beach Tower Apartments is a modern, high-rise tower of hotel apartments situated in the Dubai Marina, 20 kilometres from the city centre and 25 kilometres from the International Convention Centre. This hotel offers 180 air-conditioned guestrooms located on 45 floors, all of which have contemporary decor with sleek dark wood furnishings, and open on to balconies with Arabian Gulf or Dubai Marina views. Apartments include fully equipped kitchens with espresso machines, two bathrooms, and separate living areas with LCD satellite television, Internet connections, and CD and DVD players.
Golf is available two kilometres away at the Emirates Golf Club and Ski Dubai is 10 kilometres away. Dubai International Airport is 35 kilometres away with an approximate driving time to the hotel of 25 minutes.

Renovation notice: A 20-storey building is under construction in the immediate vicinity. There will not be any disruption to hotel services, but there may be some noise disturbance. There is no estimated date of completion available at this time.

Demolition notice: The adjacent Oasis Beach Hotel will close the 29th August 2008 for demolition; its facilities, private beaches and restaurants will no longer be available to Oasis Beach Tower's guests.
