Dubai's beaches
Dubai boasts a beautiful beachfront, and the city's sultry heat makes nearly every day ideal for a trip to the beach. Single women should note that female travelers often feel uncomfortable at the beaches due to the excessive amounts of male attention they will receive .Beach activities in Dubai can include snorkeling, scuba diving, jet skiing and fishing, and there are many outlets in the city where gear can be rented.

Unfortunately, many of Dubai's beaches are reserved for its sprawling hotels and resorts. You can come to these beaches if you are not staying at the hotels, but you will pay dearly for it. There are a few nice stretches that are public however. Next to the Marine Beach Resort is a very pretty beach with full facilities: showers, toilets and shelters. Also try either side of the Jumeira Beach Hotel, where they have jet skis for rent. A large public beach is located in Al-Mamzar Park, although this one has no showers toilets.
